At the April 23rd Marinwood CSD meeting, boardmember Dandridge reported that Trammel Crow has withdrawn all interest in developing Marinwood Plaza. Supervisor Adams has disbanded the Marinwood Plaza Collaborative and owner Gerald Hoytt might sell a portion of the property to the County. There are no developers interested in the property.
