In less than 30 minutes, according to Marin Maven friend, Jimmy Fishbob Geraghty, there will be a DUI Checkpoint at Francisco Blvd and Grand Ave, near the Toyota Dealer, San Rafael San Rafael Police have scheduled a DUI and driver’s license checkpoint for this Friday, April 24th. 6 p.m.
This means simply that if you are going to drink, DIP or Drink in Place. Don’t even think about driving. Declining revenues an expanding budgets mean that patrols will be out full force to bring in revenue whilst keeping us safe.
You have been warned, people.
