      Woolsey: I will cast my vote at the convention for the candidate that is chosen not through back room deals, but by the votes of the American public.

      Maven: Why would she use her campaign letterhead instead of the House of Representatives letterhead on this issue?

      Because being a convention delegate isn’t official business of the House of Representatives. My guess is that using House letterhead for this, and having the government pay for the postage, would be illegal.
