Marinwood Village Presentation Date Set

The presentation for the proposed Marinwood Village plan is scheduled for Monday, July 10, 2006 at 7:30 P.M. at the Marinwood Community Center.
The community representatives start the announcement of this meeting by stating, “Whether or not the Marinwood Community gets a grocery store is now up to you.” It is interesting that no where in the announcement do they talk about the 100 unit residential component that is required to get the market.
The Planning Group (Community Representatives, Owners, and County Planners) are planning to have a perspective sketch ready by June 5th.
In the meantime, residents are welcome to attend the monthly meeting of the Marinwood Association on Wednesday, May 24th, 7:30 pm in the back classroom of the Marinwood Community Center. Several Community Reps will be present and we will have draft copies of the concept drawing and a draft of the principles. Stop by and join the discussion circle.Â
